Eligibility Criteria

Selection Process
The SBI SCO Selection Process is a three-tier process including Prelims, Mains followed by Interview. The SBI SCO selection process is multi-tiered and involves shortlisting, interview, and merit based selection.
- Shortlisting
The Bank will draw up a list of candidates who appear best qualified and suitable in its opinion. Short listed candidates will be invited for the interview process. - Interview
This will be for 100 Marks which will be decided by SBI on passing marks. Interviews may be taken offline or online, based on the post. - CTC Negotiation:
Short listed candidates are going to be called for personal interviews which may be a face to face meeting or online and post the interview process there will be CTC negotiations. - Final merit list :
The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the interview alone. In case of tie, the older candidates will be preferred.
