Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for DG EME Group C posts must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- 10th pass: Fireman, Cook, Tradesman Mate, Washerman.
- 12th pass: LDC, Storekeeper, Electrician (Skilled-II).
- ITI Certificate: Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Vehicle Mechanic, Machinist, Tin & Copper Smith, Upholster.
- Candidates who are Armed Forces personnel or ex-servicemen with relevant trade experience are also eligible.

Selection Process
The Indian Army DG EME Group C posts Selection process will test your academic as well as technical knowledge of the instrument:
Written Test:
- Objective type, offline (OMR-based) for 150 marks
- Duration: 2 hours
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
- Candidates must bring pen, pencil, and clipboard
Skill Test & Physical Test (where applicable):
- Only candidates who pass the written exam will be eligible
- Skill test and physical test are qualifying in nature
